Arazi, Yehuda
(1907-54)
   Israeli Haganah leader. Born in Lodi, Poland he emigrated to Palestine. In 1936 he was sent by the Haganah to Poland and organized the purchase of arms. After returning to Palestine, he worked with the Haganah. In 1947 he was sent to the United States to obtain arms for the yishuv.
